Vambrace Cybersecurity is merging with CyberKainos

We are pleased to announce that Vambrace Cybersecurity Ltd and CyberKainos, a UK based provider of automated compliance and risk management solutions, have reached an agreement to merge, effective from the 1st October 2025.

This strategic move adds CyberKainos’ risk and compliance management platform (known as Aegis) and vCISO expertise to Vambrace’s trusted managed cybersecurity services, creating a faster, clearer, and simpler view of cybersecurity for clients.

For current Vambrace and CyberKainos clients, it’s business as usual. Your services, support, and contacts remain unchanged, while the entire CyberKainos sales, consultancy, and operations teams will be moving over to Vambrace.

The Aegis platform and vCISO services are available to all Vambrace clients immediately.
